Petersham Public School NSW, Class of 1952 - 1959

    I was at this school from 1950 to about 1953. Not sure if this is the Crystal Street School next to Petersham Technical College, opposite Elswick Street. Was an old converted church. Had only three rooms. Kindy, and two others. We had photos taken every year. Usually had to bring favorite toys along on photo day :) Figure 1 and 2 on this page I don't really see myself. Would love to see any more photos of this period. Once a helicopter hovered over playground, teachers shood it off.
